Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Research and fellow scientists across production and research teams to advance project goals.
  • Execute and design experiments with precision, ensuring the collection, organization, and analysis of data to support product quality.
  • Manage inventory and laboratory resources efficiently to ensure seamless research operations.
  • Maintain meticulous laboratory notebooks and documentation, ensuring all data and processes are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive laboratory space.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with laboratory equipment (pipettes, glassware, balances, pH meters, centrifuges, general laboratory equipment).
  • Outstanding organization and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Verbal, written, and organizational skills at an above average level with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Self-starter that can carry out tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain data and results clearly and communicate effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment.
  • Able to comply with COVID-19 regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a strictly confidential and professional manner.
